Tommy is a character on The Off-Beats, seen on the Nickelodeon animated sketch comedy series KaBlam!. He rarely goes inside and loves his coat the most. Although Tommy is usually known to be rather quiet, he can shout extremely loud if provoked. In fact, his shouts are strong enough to knock people down, although this only happens when he is in distress. A common occurrence of this is when among not getting the response he wants, Tommy will repeat his question or statement, and when he still doesn't get a reply that suits him, he then jumps up and loudly yells the question or statement.
In one episode, his coat had to be dry-cleaned and he became insane. Even when the other Off-Beats offered him other coats, Tommy felt so uncomfortable wearing them, that he preferred walking shirtless, even when it was cold outside. In another episode, he bet his coat in a poker game but lost. He couldn't control his emotions which made him yell, scaring everybody off until he had won his beloved coat back.
During the Valentine's Day special, he dated Beth from the Populars without everyone else knowing about. In the end, though, they had to break up because the differences between their cliques were too great to be crossed over. They, however, still remained on good terms.
