September is a character on The Off-Beats, seen on the Nickelodeon animated anthology series KaBlam!. He is a sarcastic, blond-furred talking dog who is paid by Betty Anne Bongo to like August (even though he was paid, he once proclaimed, that he has a slight 1% liking for August, while 99% of it is hatred). Despite that, he does enjoy the company of the Off-Beats.

September also has a contract that permits him to have at least one day off. Despite his natural intelligence, he can't seem to open a simple can of dog food due to not having any thumbs. Only after bidding (thus showing forgiveness) to Repunzil after he had shooed her away earlier, she did open the can so he could eat his food.

As revealed in the Valentine's Day special episode, September once had a girlfriend called February, who was a cat. Eventually, a dog war broke out and they had to flee Paris before the invasion. Although February said she would be at the train station, she never showed. By the end of the episode, they finally reunited when February fell onto September's turntable during a dance, making him happy again.
