"Hockey Monkey" is a song co-written and co-performed by James Kochalka (under his stage name Jimminy Kroekel) and Connecticut-based indie rock band The Zambonis in 1997. A music video for the song was featured in the episode "You May Already Be a...KaBlammer!" on the Nickelodeon animated sketch comedy series KaBlam!. The music video itself was intended to be a promotion for The Zambonis' soon-to-be released album More Songs about Hockey...and Buildings and Food.
A spiritual successor, "Hockey Monkey Mash," was released in October 2020.

A group of adults are in search of a monkey. Unbeknownst to them, the monkey plays ice hockey with a group of kids.
