Beth is a character on The Off-Beats, seen on the Nickelodeon animated anthology series KaBlam!. She is Tina's redheaded sidekick and best friend. Usually, Beth shouts "Adult!" when a grown-up is near so the Populars can pull their nice act.
During the Valentine's Day special, she and Tommy had a brief romance. It did not end well, however, because they came from opposing groups, who couldn't stand each other. Even though they had to break up, they remained on good terms.
